Terminators Pest thoroughly eradicated my bedbug infestation. Gerry and Lisa were professional and knowledgeable. They came out for a second inspection and put my anxiety to rest. I would highly recommend this company, my experience with the initial intake through email right down to the technicians went above and beyond my expectations. I hope never to need an exterminator again , but if I do , I will call them.

Jerry just came to my apartment today to inspect for bedbugs and I cannot tell you how much of a help he was. Not only did he did the inspection for free, but he was extremely nice, very professional, really funny, gave me advice on how to prevent future bedbug infestations, and explained everything perfectly. I cannot recommend this guy enough. A truly honest man. Thanks Jerry!

I've been a landlord for 23 years and I've hired dozens of businesses in that time. I had already used a very experienced bedbug expert and thought my problem was solved, but it was far from the truth. When my tenants threatened to move out their 2nd day in the house, I panicked, and I'm glad I did. It was Friday of Labor Day weekend, and Terminators not only replied to my request for proposal within minutes, but then each day of the holiday weekend, sometimes as early as 5am, they kept asking important questions, explaining exactly what they recommended, worked with my urgent timeline, and ultimately had their entomologist drive from Albany, NY to Philadelphia just to make sure the treatment was done properly 2 days after the holiday. Just as importantly as being professional, qualified and knowledgeable, Jerry knew exactly how to deal with agitated tenants as well as me. The treatment requires a follow up visit in a couple of weeks, but my tenants were instantly calmed and assured as soon as Jerry showed up and explained everything. They're not cheap, but they seem worth every cent.

My home contracted bedbugs after a trip overseas. I was horrified. Thought I would have to throw out all of my clothes, shoes, and furniture. These guys came out two times - once on initial treatment, then came back for a follow-up. Bedbugs were gone and have remained gone. I did dry clean all of my coats, and ran all of my clothes through hot water, which was a pain but 100% worth it. These three are so nice, they walk you through the process, and put you at ease. They were wonderful and highly recommend them to anyone.

When hiring an exterminator ask questions about the problems that you are having and if they ever dealt with a situation like yours before. What method of action did they take. What was the outcome of the job. How long did it take them to rectify the situation. What makes that job and my job similar. What if that method does not work for my situation what will be the next step and is that going to cost me more. Do you have references and may I contact them.
