I initially contacted Jeff to install a smart thermostat and ended up upgrading my forced air unit. I knew it needed to be replaced soon and Jeff provided an honest assesment and fair proposal. He returned the same week with the new unit and performed the work in one day, including the thermostat install! I am happy and satisfied with how it's been operating. I was truly lucky to have found Jeff the first time around!

We called Jeffrey to do maintenance on two heating systems, including bleeding the system to remove air in the pipes, which was keeping the heat from reaching all of the zones. Importantly, he also found a gas leak! As it was going to be cold that night and he didn't want the pipes to freeze, he went to a nearby plumbing supply immediately to get the replacement pieces that were needed, and returned within the hour to fix the problem! There is no doubt that he cares about doing a good job and leaving his customers in safe conditions! Would definitely call again.
