- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a service package with maximum time to perform the services, extra work such as cleaning refrigerators, ovens, windows, and hours that exceed the contracted package are subject to extra charges, the customer will be informed in advance and asked if they wish to include.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend time understanding the client's home, needs and priorities, the first cleaning always takes longer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly train our teams to maintain high performance that undergoes constant improvements, trained by the “Power of Excellence” technique, we use a check list to ensure that the contracted services are carried out and maintain a good work pace to provide excellent use of the contracted time for our client.
