Two thumbs up to this crew! First of all they called back within minutes of me posting my Thumbtack request. Initially the brief convo with them sealed my fear of letting an unknown in my house to declutter and clean it. When I was given the price I felt it was very fair. This crew traveled back & forth 70 miles each way for three days to handle my project. Once I met them geez it was like we were old friends, they were very easy to get along with. They only wanted a minimal starting amount. They were understanding to my needs and concerns. This crew meticulously and diligently dug into my mess. They worked tirelessly each day making huge progress each day of the three they needed to make my home open again. I am so grateful and appreciative for their efforts. Truly if you need to be dug out of clutter and be reorganized call on this crew, you won’t be sorry.

Best moving help we’ve ever had! Very impressive! Surpassed expectations!
We were in a real pinch and needed same day help. We couldn’t fit all of our furniture in a shipping pod for our cross country move.
Fatima responded extremely fast to my job posting (1st pro out of 4). She was very professional, very quick to respond to questions and provided a quote that was very fair and considerably less than other local businesses.
She sent Melvin to us. He was also very professional and immediately invested in solving the issue. He, alone, completely emptied and rearranged everything to maximize every inch. He was able to fit what we couldn’t AND ended up still having extra space for us to be able to fit even more than we originally were hoping for.
He solved both our space issue and our concerns of things breaking during travel.
I would highly recommend The Dust Crew MCO to every family and friend I know.

Fatima truly has a way with organization and cleaning. We have two boys that are toddlers and for anyone who knows the mess that two toddlers can make you could imagine. We also have one large dog and a cat. She literally made it so that when we came home it seemed as if we had no children and there were absolutely no pet odors. We would normally come back home and find the house smelling of litter before her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually we will have set rates for certain jobs. Basic cleaning is $125 and up depending on the size of the apt or house. Deep cleaning cleaning can range from 150-375 depending on how many rooms/sq ft. Handy man jobs can range, so please message us for a quote!
We also have moving/packing specials, so message us with pictures or specifics so we can send a quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to learn the client's needs as well as their budget in order to work with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On-the-job training with big companies. Industrial and residential cleaning experience.
