Amazing work by Jason on patio. He gave a very competitive quote and the work was done in 2 days. Fixed irregularities, nails, sanding and two coats of paint. Will def refer him to my friends and family.
GM1 replaced gutters and aluminum facia on my house and also installed a roof fan. They provided a fair estimate for the work, showed up on the scheduled date, and did a fantastic job. There workers paid attention to details, show strong craftsmanship, and cleaned up afterward perfectly. I will recommend GM1 to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you GM1!

I live in Queens, New York, and I found this company on Google because of their outstanding 5-star reviews. After working with them, I can honestly say they deserve every one of those stars. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in what they do. They applied a silicone roof coating system to my roof and provided a 25-year warranty, which gave me great confidence in the quality of their work.I am extremely happy with the results. We recently had a heavy rainstorm, and the roof performed perfectlyno leaks, no water intrusion, and no issues whatsoever.Thank you for the excellent service and support. I truly appreciate your professionalism and workmanship. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable roofing and silicone roof coating services.

GM1 is a top notch company. Jason first appeared on time to perform a through inspection of the work I inquired about, and took photos and videos of the chimney portion of the job I could not see from the ground. He verbally went over his findings and recommendations in detail while on site and in a day I had a very professionally written and detailed estimate with clear work details and an exact price. No pressure to close. Told me to take my time and ask all the questions I wanted to. Jason and his assistant Mario then did the job exactly as promised on time and on budget. He explained everything he was doing and again took photos and videos of what I could not see. He explained things as he went along and gave me all the time I needed. In some cases did more than he was required to do. Jason is as personable as he is professional. He made my wife and I very comfortable and confident. GM1 is stocked with good people as well as good artisans. I really could not recommend them any higher.
