- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being on both the receiving and giving end of accounting, I work fast to keep costs down for customers and have them come back for more projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask them for a detailed description of what they need done. I will then provide a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement so that I can look at their books. After confirming I can do the project without any research needed, I will hit the ground running.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an Accountant for over 20 years. I have worked with everyone from Banks/Schools/Churches/Retail/and well known companies doing multi-million dollar projects all the way to Individual freelancers who need their tax return done. I took Accounting Classes in College, and thereafter was certified in a number of reporting software programs which required in depth knowledge of data scrubbing.
