The plumber drove over an hour to come to my condo( he faced a traffic) and help fix a plumbing issue today, which I really appreciated. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully assess the situation before starting the work.
Since the plumbing in our condo is shared between units, the issue also affected my neighbor. He kindly helped check and resolve the problem for both of us, which was incredibly helpful.
He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and completed the work efficiently. He also left everything clean and in good condition afterward.
