In April, during a torrential rainstorm, my basement began to flood rapidly, and I was in full panic mode. I called Trusted Plumbing and Heating, and to my amazement, they responded immediately late at night and in the middle of a storm! My plumber arrived quickly, fully equipped, and wasted no time in addressing the emergency.

He was professional and incredibly efficient. Within a short time, he had identified the issue and got the situation under control. It’s rare to find a company so dependable and committed to helping their customers, even in the worst conditions.

I can not thank Trusted Plumbing and Heating enough for their superb service. They truly live up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again—or recommend them to anyone in need of emergency plumbing help.

I recently hired Trusted plumbing for plumbing repairs at my home. The scheduling process was easy, and the plumber arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the issue and options available.

The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently, and the area was left clean after( had a terrible experience in past) Since then, everything has been working perfectly no complaints. Definitely recommended

I gotta give a huge shoutout to TPH—seriously, they’re the best! They came in and replaced my water heater and shower pipes like it was no big deal. The crew and mister A was super nice and knew their stuff, and they even helped us pass our inpsection without any stress. I was so impressed with how quick and good they were. Plus, they’re just cool people to deal with—kept me in the loop and didn’t mess around. We’re definitely keeping their number for anything else that pops up. If you need plumbing done right, these guys are it!

Reached out for a quote on a simple bathroom project, however instead of saying they we’rent interested their return message read “LOL”. This showed both poor customer service as well as a lack of maturity.

Best plumbing service in town! I called this company based on a referral, and they came out quickly and did everything I needed. As a bonus, they charged me less than the time they lived up to his estimate
