In April, during a torrential rainstorm, my basement began to flood rapidly, and I was in full panic mode. I called Trusted Plumbing and Heating, and to my amazement, they responded immediately late at night and in the middle of a storm! My plumber arrived quickly, fully equipped, and wasted no time in addressing the emergency. He was professional and incredibly efficient. Within a short time, he had identified the issue and got the situation under control. It’s rare to find a company so dependable and committed to helping their customers, even in the worst conditions. I can not thank Trusted Plumbing and Heating enough for their superb service. They truly live up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again—or recommend them to anyone in need of emergency plumbing help.
