- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates and believe in being transparent with our pricing. Every project is different, so our pricing is based on the scope of work, size of the area, type of material, required containment, disposal, and other project requirements. We provide a clear written proposal so our customers know what is included before the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer and understanding their concerns and exactly what needs to be done. We review the project, explain the process in simple terms, and provide a clear written proposal so the customer knows what to expect. Once the project is approved, we coordinate the required notifications and planning, establish proper containment and negative pressure when required, perform the abatement safely, arrange proper disposal, and coordinate final air clearance when applicable. Communication is very important to us. Whether we are working in someone’s home, a school, hospital, courthouse, municipal building, police department, or commercial property, we want the customer to feel informed and confident from the beginning of the project until the work is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed professional asbestos abatement, supervisor, and environmental safety training, along with continuing education required for this industry. I have also been working hands-on in the field since 2008. Over the years, I have gained experience with many different types of asbestos and environmental projects, from private homes to large commercial and public facilities, military bases,navy bases,military arsenal depots,including schools, hospitals, courthouses, municipal buildings, and police departments which carries a lot of responsability I believe the combination of proper training and many years of hands-on experience is what allows us to approach each project safely and professionally.
