Got a call back right away and came to my house within 20min. Reem made a quick review of my house central air system and made a minor adjustment of the thermostat that ended up resolving the issue. Even though my central air is about time to be replaced, Reem did not push for a replacement and gave me good advise when is the good time to replace it.

We’re considering a basement renovation and wanted an expert opinion on the existing ductwork. Moe was punctual, helpful and knowledgeable with his assessment. Some would have said we should redo the ductwork, but Moe was professional and honest about the costs and downsides of an effort like that. Thank you Moe!
