Mike and his team replaced the tile in our foyer and they were fantastic to work with. Our previous tile was incorrectly installed, so they fixed that and did a great job installing the new tile. Throughout the process, Mike was communicative, flexible, and accommodating too. In fact, everyone on his team was consistently courteous and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Mike! He was very honest and fair. On meeting him, he was friendly and approachable. His work is also fantastic! I love my new floors and he even filled a gap at a very reasonable price. He was also very very neat which I loved! There was absolutely no mess left behind. I was looking for someone to replace the flooring in a room in my home and found Michael! He was incredibly responsive and very helpful in helping me pick out materials. I also found his prices to be very reasonable! I had a few questions as I had done the project wrong previously, and he walked me through the whole thing. He showed up on time and could not have been any nicer. Overall I’m super happy with the work he did, and would highly recommend him and use him again in the future!

Flooring purchased through me are very high quality and provide a two year warranty of repairs as well as 10 year commercial and 30 year residential warranty. Pricing on job vary depending on size of project as well as custom design.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to check detail of the project so accurate estimates are made and paying attention to details of unexpected problems occurring on job to help fix and make the customer satisfied.

I have all my construction credential OSHA 30 SST 62 hour safety, Heavy equipment operator.
