- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No because every job is unique with different complexities but all of our work is guaranteed and competitively priced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I'd like to learn about the customer's requirements, preferred materials, style and color. Then I show them previous work that I have done in the area for reference and inspiration. Once I learn about the customer's requirements, wish list items, and budget, I then recommend the what is feasible and what needs to be modified to stay within their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years in the industry working for others and decided to control our future three years ago. We're ICPI certified installers for any paver installation (driveway, walkway, patio, pool decks, and outdoor living.
