Came to the house later at night because we had a plumbing emergency in our basement, stayed late to complete as much of the job as possible then came early the next morning to finish. We had a problem with our main line, it flooded and needed to be cleaned out. Very professional and kind, good pricing, and quality work. Will continue to use Top crew plumbing for future repairs.

I reached out to Berry after a basement flood. He walked me through everything over text message and right off the bat told me what the issue was and it was a drainage problem (which he cannot fix it).
He was professional and told me that payong for visit was not going to be necessary. Which I thought was very professional.
Even tough I ended up not using him, since I had to hire a drainage pro for the job, he was responsive, cordial and had a pretty good knowledge of what the problem was just by looking at the pictures.
Whenever I have another plumbing issue, I will make sure to call him !

The garbage disposal and faucet was installed at the cost of $650. The guy was knowledgeable about the faucet, however, not knowledgeable about the garbage disposal. He had a FT call with his partner to guide him with it, he stated it was a bit difficult that's why the price went up from the original $500 quote. He was very friendly and pleasant at the time, I was willing to make him my go to person being that I was renovating my home and have 3.5 bathrooms to be done. Two months later, I see there was water leaking on the cabinet floor underneath the sink. Which the wood had swollen already. I called him immediately to explain but I had to send text only. I needed to cook for guest that was arriving the next day. My cabinet was damaged, he stated to me that it was a 30-day warranty for anything that needed to be fix and that it will be a service charge of $150 to come look at it. He even asked if anyone was under the sink playing around and did something to it. I told him the only person that was under the sink was him. I have no kids and I just have cleaning supplies stored there. I suggested maybe something loosen up or fell off. But I wouldn't know until I agreed to pay the service call fee. We went back and forth at this point he was being stubborn, I mean not listening to me and he couldn't come that day anyway, it was so many excuses. He was unpleasant and unprofessional, so I had to call someone else, to look over his work. Come to find out it was the tapping that was not secured around the pipe when you screw them together. So I'm guessing he missed a step, or was moving to fast IDK. But to put a limit of 30 day warranty on a plumbing installation is a rip off. Usually a 1 year warranty of their work bc things can start to malfunction after the consistency of usage of the installation.
