Borjan is a true professional. Unlike others, he zoned in I. The true cause of the roof issue and looked to fix that rather make superficial changes. Did not charge for the first visit or the quote and even cleaned up around the roof while he was there just to review the scope of the project. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a roof repair contractor.

Bori is excellent. Came at a very short notice after the storm and cleaned gutters. Took lot of pictures and showed me some issues that I did not know existed with the roof. Will hire him any day for my roofing, siding and gutter maintenance needs. Superb guy!!!!

Recently , I hired Bori and his team to replace the shingles on my roof with roof underlayment (pro armor and ice shield) along with gutter guards and to replace the plywood as needed. All the plywood was damaged and had to be replaced. Bori and his team did a great job with replacing the plywood and putting on a new roof. His crew cleaned up after themselves. I am pleased with the work and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a roof repair or install.

Bori is super trustworthy, honest, professional. I hired them to do brand new roof for my house. Price was competitive, and then I decided to hire them to also install metal gutter guards. They did the whole job fast, in one day. He's genuine and straight forward which I really liked. I didn't feel like he was recommending or overselling me on anything. This is the kinda guy you want to do projects for you. I wish we had more folks like Bori.

Better Built – Is the Best Roofer in New Jersey Just after having a kitchen remodel our roof started to leak and suddenly required replacing. We had to be extremely money conscious and be confident we were getting a quality contractor. We went through three solar/roof estimates, and they gave us quotes of 60,000 for solar panels and a roof, all I have to say is what are they crazy…. The reliability and technology is there yet… And to add to the insult, these solar companies push federal tax rebates, which raise our taxes. Most solar companies would be gone without our tax money☹ What happens when the tax rebates are discontinued, my guess would be these solar companies will go bankrupt. After this disappointing adventure, we proceeded to receive eight, roof only estimates. Better Built was one of our last estimates. The representative (owner) was so patient and honest, can’t believe I said that about a contractor, but it was true. Better Suit had a 5-star rating/reviews. We knew our search was done. Two weeks later, Better Build showed up on time, began covering the yard and ripping off the old roof. Unfortunately, the roof’s underlying plywood was brittle and required replacement. We were devastated, by the extra cost. The contractor brought down the several sheets of plywood, showing how brittle the plywood was, and a video of the remaining worn-out plywood. There was no doubt plywood replacement was required. Rep explained a solid foundation was necessary to ensure the reliability of the singles AND provide a 25-year warranty. He also worked with us on the overall price. We never saw the house without a top, open to the elements, it was dramatic. The workers picked up the pace and the Rep rushed to a warehouse (Not Home Depot) to purchase the required plywood. They worked late (7:30 pm) installing the plywood and shingles. We were told would ensure the house was not exposed to the elements overnight, and there was a chance of rain. Before leaving the first day they placed the remaining debris in a pile. The Rep and one worker came back promptly the next day. Taking it all away. In addition, we only have Attic storage. The attic had debris and nails all over. We discussed this with the Rep and he asked the one worker to Vacuum the debris in the Attic. It was 95 degrees outside, and the attic had to be over 100 degrees. Oh my gosh, the worker was in our attic for over an hour. He vacuumed the large attic area, even cleaning and around the Many Boxes. He did such a good job! If we were to do the cleanup, we would have had to wait for the weather to cool off and it would have taken us hours to do what he did! The only issue was some of the flowers and plants were sightly damage during the process. Other than that, everything went Extremely smooth. We would recommend Better Built to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor. So happy to have gone with Better Built for a new roof!!
