When it comes to Titan Pest Control, I don't know where to begin.. Firstly, the owner Ralph Sculco is hands on and just doesn't "dispatch" his team to make service calls he actually shows up 9 times out of 10 to guide and direct his team. He's discreet which is important for business owners and operator's, I mean who wants to see an exterminator entering your restaurant like one of the Ghostbusters? The subject of pests is rather gross and disgusting but Ralph's extensive knowledge kind of makes it interesting. I've had contracts with Ralph for over 7 years at various residential and commercial properties and have been super happy with the results. He and his team are well presented,staff are in crisp uniforms, and the rates are rather affordable. The Titan group aren't in the business of making a quick buck and marketing a dopey dog to sniff around your property,they're goal is to provide quality service and develop long term relationships. Here's a prime example of how service oriented Ralph is. Last summer I had an obnoxious ant problem in my kitchen, the plan of attack required my dishwasher to be removed from below my granite countertops at which point Ralph noticed the power cord was in poor shape and that I had a leaking elbow pipe. I ran to Home Depot real fast while he was dealing with treating the ant problem and when I returned he replaced both the pipe and power cord. Now if that's not service I don't know what is. Titan also works within your budget and allows you to make monthly installments if your current cash flow isn't flowing the way you need it to be. His chemicals are environmentally friendly and effective. I wish nothing but the best for Ralph and Titan- although I hope to not see them for quite a while.

After trying very unsuccessfully for years to get rid of ants on my own, I finally gave up and called Titan Pest Control to do the job. I was beyond nervous. Every year my house is attacked by ants as I live on the first floor in a condo and there is ivy everywhere. I thought for sure, this isn't going to work and I would have ants anyway. Ralph from Titan came in, took care of the entire apartment, my indoor plants, and my backyard (which is usually covered in them). While I still have them in my backyard (which I would expect) they are nothing like they have been in the past and I am more than thrilled to say that I did not have even ONE ANT in my house this past year. Clearly getting rid of Ant's should be left to the professionals. I am throwing away my bug sprays, and I will certainly never attempt to get rid of ants on my own. Thank you Ralph and Titan Pest Control for making me believe! Looking forward to next year and having another successful ANT FREE SEASON!!

Frank and his staff are so professional! We recently had an issue with rats under the deck, it was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Frank came in on the first day and identified the problem straightaway I actually thought we had chipmunks! How wrong I was!! Frank said unfortunately you have a rat problem, but the good news is I will make sure this problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Over the next two weeks Frank came by frequently and was so response on the phone to me Constantly reassuring me that he would deal with the problem. One think i learnt during this issue Is that rats are extremely intuitive and clever so they know when someone is trying to trap them! Frank knew exactly when to set the traps and when not to, After two weeks of watching their behavior Frank caught the big male rat!! Problem solved.. I think my biggest compliment is that throughout this horrible situation I felt completely supported by titan and Frank in terms of reassurance that the issue will go away. Professional, courteous and friendly. During warmer months I have camel crickets in the basement and frank told me how he will deal with this issue from the outside in.. Im confident this summer will be the first year of 4 I will be camel cricket free!
