To anyone thinking about hiring a pest removal or exterminating service: I urge you to read this review first.Recently, there were signs I thought indicated a bed bug infestation in my apartment. I searched the internet. Everything, I thought, pointed to bed bugs. I had "technicians" from six different companies come to inspect my apartment. Six, because I did not feel comfortable with what any of them were telling me. Each one had a different story. Nothing they said seemed quite right. Plus, the costs they quoted were all over the place -- $900 up to $2,600. For what was supposed to be the same service. Then, on a chance, I called Titan Environmental.The owner himself showed up, exactly on time. He did an inspection that was far more thorough than all the other six combined. And guess what? The problem was not bed bugs after all, but carpet beetles instead. Everything he told me turned out to be true. The problem has been eliminated. There's no way to describe the peace of mind I've had since then. And by the way, Titan charged for its inspection a very small fraction of what the others would have charged, and for the wrong and an unnecessary treatment besides.One more thing: this review was not solicited or paid for by Titan Environmental. I'm writing this entirely on my own. It is completely accurate and true.

Frank and his staff are so professional! We recently had an issue with rats under the deck, it was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Frank came in on the first day and identified the problem straightaway I actually thought we had chipmunks! How wrong I was!! Frank said unfortunately you have a rat problem, but the good news is I will make sure this problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Over the next two weeks Frank came by frequently and was so response on the phone to me Constantly reassuring me that he would deal with the problem. One think i learnt during this issue Is that rats are extremely intuitive and clever so they know when someone is trying to trap them! Frank knew exactly when to set the traps and when not to, After two weeks of watching their behavior Frank caught the big male rat!! Problem solved.. I think my biggest compliment is that throughout this horrible situation I felt completely supported by titan and Frank in terms of reassurance that the issue will go away. Professional, courteous and friendly. During warmer months I have camel crickets in the basement and frank told me how he will deal with this issue from the outside in.. Im confident this summer will be the first year of 4 I will be camel cricket free!

I had an issue with squirells in my attic. Ralph came by and did an inspection, locating 2 entry points where they were likely entering. He put some wire up to prevent them from entering, so I am looking forward to a quiet nights sleep with no scampering around.

The team at Titan Pest Services was professional and courteous. They came to my house to exterminate for some ground nesting yellow jackets. The nest is gone and no signs of reinfestation. The technician also advised me to move some fallen trees and cut up logs away from my house to avoid carpenter ants and termites getting to my structure.They provided added value and I'd use them again should the need arise. Cost was very reasonable compared to the competition that I received quotes from. Not the most inexpensive but likely the best for the job.
