There are not enough positive things that I can say about Patrice and Refind Organizing. She was extremely professional, diligent, accomodating and most importantly, VERY GOOD at what she does. I was so impressed by the way she could so easily come up with space consolidating and storage ideas. She completely (and independently) organized my son's room, daughter's room and kitchen. Unfortunately my dog was too anxious for us to finish the project...he’s an older pooch with some health issues and just couldn’t deal with all the movement in what he clearly thinks is HIS home lol. Patrice was understanding and lovely about it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The jobs are priced at a rate of $60/hour. I also provide packages. Minimum number of hours per session is 4 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts off with a FREE consultation to discuss what spaces they would like to organize or function better. I will ask a few questions on what their goals are for their space and discuss a plan on how to address the problem areas. After the consultation, we will decide on a date and time to get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a couple of organizing courses and worked with other professional organizers to get the hands-on experience on how to work with clients, address their needs and create systems that works for them. Before becoming a professional organizer, I was an event planner and fundraiser for several nonprofits, so organizing and planning events has been my niche for the last 5 years.
