I highly recommend Mr. Hawthorne for his services! He has over 15yrs experience in the industry of bed bug extermination, highly knowledgeable, has experience addressing this bed bug epidemic for commercial and residential venues, I was a bit hesitant because of his AMAZINGLY affordable and reasonable price, there was no gimmic or scam, he is authentic, professional , took the time to answer my questions thoroughly after I've done research with other companies charging $1000.00 plus. He put my anxiety and problem at ease. I called him on May 12th and scheduled an appointment on May 14th, he came and did the 2nd treatment today May 28th, I live in a 2 family home and he provided recommendations on prepping before the treatment and what was identified as the causative agent. I'm extremely satisfied and give him 5 stars!!

Mr. Hawthorne arrived on time to our home and performed the treatment to rid us of our bed bugs and we are a few days away from our second treatment but we have had no issues thus far with the pests. I would recommend anyone who needs an affordable and effective treatment to hire Mr.Hawthorne.

I travel a lot and it took me time to find a time that worked for me. Taj was very patient and accommodating and responded immediately to all of my questions. The day of the appointment, he called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and did a thorough job throughout the house. He explained the problem areas in the house and also the work that he did. Very professional and really understanding.
