- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically set. If your turnaround time for a big project like 5+ faces on a corporate headshot is less than 2 weeks then there might be a additional fee for speedy delivery as it would take priority over other client work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with new clients, I try to gauge their level of comfort in front of the camera, whether photos or videos, I want my clients to have the utmost confidence that they will look like their best self because I can support them through the process. When I first start to work with a new customer, I just get to know them, what they expect or to manage their expectations so I can make the process smooth and successful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken multiple courses to educate and train myself but for the most part I am self taught and that makes me proud because I’ve gained real life experience, real on the go challenges that have helped sharpen my skill set.
