I had a Bathroom sink which was not stable due to broken caulk (previous job had gone horribly wrong). Orlando came and fixed it, the work was thorough and his price was very reasonable.

Orlando was great! He came in and reviewed what needed to be done and went over pricing which was within my budget! He got the work done and it came out great! Very clean and neat and communicated with any change of necessary! I would recommend Orlando to anyone! If I need anything else done, I will certainly use Orlando again!

Hired Orlando after another contractor failed to finish the work we hired him for and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Quality work, punctual and great communication. Had a basement window replaced and concrete work on the outside foundation done. Would not hesitant hiring for jobs in the future.

Orlando did a fantastic job removing a huge builder grade mirror and skimcoating the walls after I spontaneously ripped down the wallpaper in my new home so I could update this vintage pink bathroom. I definitely recommend him!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First go to the place to see the project, ask every detail that the customers wants, the materials and how soon they want it to be done. After that we give a price or estimate and than start working if the customer agrees.
