Rock Solid Fitness is the best gym I’ve been apart of. Rob and his team are extremely knowledgeable, craft custom workout and diet plans to each client’s needs, and are dedicated to your goals. The team here goes above and beyond for their members. I will never go back to a traditional gym after working out here. Their facility is equipped with top notch equipment. There is no waiting for weights or a machine. People are respectful of the gym and return equipment to its proper place. Everything is clean as well. Rob has built a strong community of members that want to see each other succeed and help each other hit their goals!
