I hired Envision More to create graphic flyers for an event and the results were fantastic. I was not able to meet them in person, however, the company was responsive, easy to work with and produced new drafts in a very timely manner. I simply gave a short description of the event, the information I needed to appear on the flyer and they were able to do the rest with minimal revisions. I would certainly use them again.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The process we employ for new clients consists of six overarching steps: • Initial Conference Call • Proposal Submission • Project Launch • Progress Reports Submission • Wrap-up Conference Call First, our relationship is kicked off by an initial conference call. During the call, we discuss your business and your short and long-term goals. Afterwards, we dig into the preliminary details surrounding your project, such as your service needs, what it takes to accomplish what you need and the project budget. Second, I will provide a proposal outlining the scope of work involved in your project and the associated cost. Third, once accepted, we will commence the project launch phase which entails the transfer of digital assets. Fourth, throughout the duration of the project, we will keep you updated about the project's progress via emails and conference calls. During the fifth phase, we turn over the deliverables; we enter into the sixth and final phase – the follow up. In this phase, we touch bases to offer further recommendations and to get feedback about services rendered. Please Note: This process will vary depending of the scope of your project.
