“I have had the privilege to work with Clive Jacobson on several projects, from presentation books, to website to branding work. It is rare when you find someone who truly gets who you are, and can then express it for you through graphic design. His eye is impeccable and his level of taste is unmatched. He is the most talented designer and artist I have worked with and look forward to working with him on many more projects in the future.”

I requested an original piece on commission from Micah after the release of his novel Cult Of The Serpentari. It was his artwork therein that compelled me to do so--precisely the sexy, futuristic, fantasy aesthetic I was interested in. We discussed potential themes and color palettes in that broad sense, size of piece in particular, and fortunately for me, he had some designs in mind that he felt might be right up my alley. We checked in by phone a couple times during the process--as his natural creative flow moved him in new ways--and confirmed I was most excited to be privy to and recipient of his authentic expression, wherever that may lead. The final product was/is sheer perfection. I couldn't be happier with it, and visitors regularly comment on its delicious detail. I am proud and legitimately honored to own a unique work from such an inspired artist.

When I was writing a memoir, Art's Cello, a few years ago, I wanted illustrations. But not photographs -- I was looking for something that would mirror the creativity of making a cello. I decided on drawings. Jack's work caught my eye: realistic but unique. I ended up using his illustrations in the print version of the book; the digital edition was published by Kindle, and selected as one of the 20 best books of 2014. Aside from the work, which was superb, I was really impressed by his professionalism: he prioritized it, worked fast, and was extremely good at working with me to realize the admittedly vague ideas of what I had in mind. The result was better than I could have hoped for: he brought the world of cello-making to life.

To whom it may concern, I have worked with Edgar Remolina over four years. It has been a pleasure working with him in a fast-paced agency environment. Edgar is a professional, highly skilled individual. He takes full ownership of his job, can assess the amount of time needed to complete work, and will take ownership of the work through completion. Edgar is punctual and can be counted on to stay for the duration. He is good at wading through problematic scenarios involving computers and the various files that one would expect to find in the creative environment, such as, but not limited to, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Edgar is a solutions oriented individual. Edgar would be a valuable asset to any studio or creative environment. He has a professional grasp on the required disciplines in both technical and creative arenas, and will exude confidence with anyone who might rely on him as a resource. If you would like to talk to me directly, please contact me at 212•537•3954. Sincerely, Frank Zerbi
