Oswald is a professional through-and-through. He was hired to install a c-wire for a thermostat. He was able to quickly trace the existing thermostat wires and then sprung into action. He communicates openly, is patient, and completed the job to our satisfaction. We are planning on hiring Oswald to install additional items around the house; such as a range hood and perimeter security lighting.
