Juan absolutely exceeded our expectations! We hired him to install a highly technical Lockly Elite Pro smart lock and refit our front door - a job that turned out to be much more complex than we initially anticipated.
Despite working in challenging rainy weather conditions, Juan remained professional, positive, and completely focused on getting the job done right. What impressed us most was his adaptability and eagerness to learn. The Lockly Elite Pro isn’t your typical lock installation - it requires WiFi setup, app configuration, and understanding of smart security features. Juan took the time to thoroughly understand the technology, asked thoughtful questions, and worked methodically through each step of the setup process.
His technical aptitude was remarkable. Even though this was clearly a more advanced system than typical hardware installations, he quickly grasped the WiFi connectivity requirements and security protocols. He was patient during the app pairing process and made sure everything was working perfectly before considering the job complete.
Beyond his technical skills, Juan was incredibly helpful and flexible throughout the entire process. When we encountered unexpected complications with the door fitting, he problem-solved on the spot and adapted his approach. His positive attitude never wavered, even when the rain made working conditions less than ideal.
