We reached out for an issue we had during the evening and they had someone come help the very next morning. Juan was polite, showed up early and worked very quickly and efficiently to solve the problem. He knew as soon as he opened the electrical breaker box what the issue was and worked quickly to switch the problematic breakers. Everything worked great shortly after and we are happy with the results and value for his work. Thanks!

I reached out to Juan after the storm. I had tree branches come down pulling my weather head from the house and JCPL told me it wasn’t there problem. He came out within a few hours and had it back up on the house secure! I appreciated him coming out as quickly as he did, and appreciate him working in the freezing conditions. I plan to use him again in a few weeks for some indoor electrical projects we plan to do.
