FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I have the customer send me information about their event via email so I can type up a very basic agreement. Once they review it and confirm the information is correct, the customer and I are required to sign it. The completed agreement and deposit (half of the fees charged) must be collected at least four weeks prior to the event.
