Schnaider is fantastic to work with. Not only does he work for a fair price but he has a very high attention to detail and integrity. Rare to find these days. Schnaider stained our floors and bc we didn't leave the AC on the floors dried funny and without asking he said he was going to redo the floors to get them perfect at no additional cost. I would not use anyone else to refinish my floors.

I've had a lot of vendors in and out of my house over the last few days and I think that Schnaider was by far the best to work with. Not only did he do a fantastic job on my red oak floors, but even helped me move in a fridge and oven that would still be sitting outside if it wasn't for them. He walked me through each step and gave me all the pros and cons, from stain to the types of top coats (vary glad I stayed with the natural wood). He was in and out in two days, including several standings and coats of polly. I did a lot of shopping around, so if your looking for the best work at an affordable price then I think you've found your guy!
