we gave you a discount price and you was happy with that, want us to do things that were extra and you didn't mentioned at the time of the quote, finally you reach us at 11am to be at your place at 3.40 a we arrived at 4pm cause of traffic that I let you know and it was understandable you said, thanks and have happy holidays!
