I really wanted my mom to have a Photo Booth for her 50th Birthday Party, but she decided differently due to photo preferences. However, PhotoSpot was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful during the process of this decision. I would definitely suggest him for any event for his professionalism alone.

The guys from PhotoSpot were accommodating and professional! They provided everything we asked for and more. The photo booth was the highlight of our party. Would definitely hire them again.

Fernando who came as the attendant for the photo booth was great. He was super nice to our guests and very polite. He also stayed an extra hour knowing that I was overrun. I asked for props like Tinder because my fiance and I met through there. And I asked for props that resembles travel. No props were provided. Thank God my bridesmaids brought the props from the bridal shower. Otherwise there would be no props for the photo booth. The background was also much more simple than I expected (a plain white background for a wedding is kinda boring). The owner was not very responsive to my texts. I texted him about progress and other questions and he would reply more than a week later. But overall, I would hire them again given the nice attendant and the price.

Ouch we’re sad that you feel this way. We provided options for backdrops like gold sequin, black sequin, and a really cool silver and white mermaid sequin and the one that was chosen was the plain white satin backdrop. In terms of the props, we came prepared with our deluxe wedding props, we didn’t agree to purchase additional props. I also worked very hard to ensure we had the Tinder frame that we actually paid an additional $100 to customize for you at a print shop. In terms of responsiveness I am not sure how much more we could have communicated more without it having been daily conversations. I am glad the customized work and the booth was a hit, not sure how else we could have accomodated.

Our pricing is very flexible for our clients. We have our standard pricing that is offered to our clients who visit our Web Site. The pricing structure that is advertised through our Thumbtack partnership is discounted and flexible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get to know our clients, it's not just a business, we like to make friends. Typically we try to gather as much information about the event and the guests to help us create the energy for the celebration. We try to get information about the theme, colors, and any ideas to help us create the Custom Artwork for the PhotoStrips.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
One day, it hit me while we were planning our wedding. A photo booth would be a great way to help people have fun at their events, because we were having a good time just planning it. We researched and got straight into business, and it's been loads of fun since.
