I hired Teodoro and his crew from Alpha Home Roofing to install an attic roof fan. I ordered the hybrid solar/electric fan by myself via home depot (something he was ok with, not everyone is). We were able to agree on a price. Initially he quoted a price that was mid range from the other contractors I interviewed but we were able to negotiate it down to one that was good for both myself and him. The team came on time and got straight to work. They moved with efficiency but also safety and good craftsmanship in mind. Teo made sure to locate a good spot for the fan with me so that I would be happy with the placement. Though there was a language barrier, everything went off without a hitch and the installation was perfect. He was able to explain the steps to me and reassured me that there will be no leak (there is none!). They were even willing to screw in a couple of blocks of wood for me to create a square pocket on the inside part of the fan so that I can put insulation in that pocket during the winter months. Teo and his crew did a phenomenal job, were extremely professional, and very well priced. It also seems like from other reviews that he does a great job on the entire roof as well so I will be sure to call him back for my roofing needs!

Alpha responded quickly to our leaking roof issue and further identified a few other problems. Prices were fair and the work was very good quality. Teodoro was an excellent job supervisor.

We had a roof leak that was caused by missing shingles that had blown off the roof peak. Teo repaired the damage and replaced the ridge cap shingles.He also added black cement to the gaps between the flashing and the chimney. The before and after pictures that he sent to us show a job well done. When we are ready for a new roof, we will definitely call Teo.

My roof was leaking everywhere during a rainstorm, with water pouring into my living room and terrifying my family in the middle of the night on Sunday. The next day, I called Teo for an estimate on the roof damage. We agreed to move forward with the repairs on Monday night, and by Thursday, the job was complete. Teo and his team not only fixed my roof quickly and efficiently but also gave me the best price in NJno one else could match it. They saved my family a lot of money.Im so glad I made the call to Teohes truly the best person to fix your roof. I highly recommend him to anyone living in NJ. You wont regret your decision! His company has earned 4.5 stars on Google and Yelp, but I would give them a 5+ for their exceptional service and genuine care. Plus, the roof comes with a 10-year warranty, which gives us great peace of mind.
