David was a pleasure to work with. Came the next day(Saturday) and gave me a free estimate and did much investigating to figure out where water was entering my house. We set up an appointment for a dry day ,which was Monday Dec 3rd and he came with his co worker first thing in the morning and worked until the cement work was done--no breaks--straight work!!!!
Afterwords cleaned up very neatly inside and out
I would highly recommend WiseBuild to anyone that needs a job well done at a fair price

David was very professional and great guy. He came the next day to quote the job, we agreed on a price and the follow day, he was there with his crew. Super professional and completed the full roof repair. He took pics of before and after to show me the work. He did a great job and he gave me ten years warranty which was fantastic. I would recommend David and his crew to anyone.

Our business with Wisebuild construction has now concluded, and we could not be happier with the results.
The site supervisor Frank, was a down to earth person who was patient with us in regard to answering questions and had a keen understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and the specifics about what we could expect from his company. After looking at the paint colors on our freshly painted house, Frank recommended a darker roof to compliment the house. While skeptical at first, Frank's recommendation proved to be right. On the day of completion, neighbors walked by and complimented us on our choice of colors saying that the roof complimented the house and the house complimented the roof. We agreed, and are glad we listened to Frank's suggestion.
Throughout both days of removing the old roof and installing the new one, I was up and down off the roof watching what was happening and how it was happening. The efficiency of the Wisebuild roofers was impressive. They worked like a fine tuned machine, always moving, always supporting one another when necessary, and yet demonstrating that each man in his own right was a professional roofer. When the day was over I felt in awe of their skills, their work ethic, and even the playful demeanor between members of the crew. When the roof, the skylight, the vents, the chimney, the gutters, and the cleanup were completed, we felt grateful that we had chosen Wisebuild to replace our roof. As a retired school teacher, I would give the company an A+.
We feel nothing but goodwill and gratitude toward Wisebuild, Frank, and every member of that work crew. As it turned out, every claim made by Frank came to fruition. After this experience, my wife and I will never turn to any other roofing company for any level of needed support.

WiseBuild provides exceptional service and quality work! They fixed my roof and they did an amazing job. David is very proffessional and responsive and has a great team. Overall it was a great experience working with WiseBuild and I would definitely hire them again to do some more renovations on my house. I highly recommend them!

I have a flat roof of a 4 family house in Hoboken that keeps leaking ever since I purchased the house 6 years ago. I first found out about Wisebuild Construction from my neighbor and figured I would give them shot to fix my problem. David was the first person I got a quote from and I never looked back. He was by far the most professional and honest compared to any other guy who came for an estimate. He explained everything to me before the job started, and great communication throughout the process. Never shy about providing the full information of the material he used. David and his team did a GREAT job on a complete replacement of our roof. Have not had any leaks since, and the roof looks great. I would highly recommend Wisebuild Construction as your roofing contractor. My son-in-law also works in construction and I know what a professional crew works and looks like. Extremely satisfied and have recommended to my friends and family. We also got our 25 year warranty for our roof and could not be happier.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we charge clients a standard fee of $110.00 for handyman services per hour per employee agreed to be on site; however, we are currently running a promotion that allows our clients to lock in at $85.00 per hour per employee required on site no matter what the job is. Most of our clients have already locked at this rate and we continue to have successful business relationships with several of the most profitable businesses in the United States. No matter what happens, your price remains firm for a minimum of five years. In the event that the economy shifts dramatically, we inform our clients and have a discussion with them regarding any changes that may be necessary. With WiseBuild there are NO SURPRISES, and NO HASSLES. We look forward to a sincere and healthy business relationship with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What to expect from us next
Having signed the necessary paperwork, the Wisebuild technician will submit the signed agreement to our office and you will be entered into our system for scheduling. You will receive a phone call during the next business day from our office for the purpose of scheduling the start day for your project or, if you agreed to have a formal design made, a date for when the design should be ready, after which we will schedule to begin your project. If you do not hear from us in two business days, feel free to give us a call.
