- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials selected, site conditions, and overall project complexity. We provide detailed and transparent estimates with no hidden fees. Free estimates are available for most local projects. For longer-distance visits, design consultations, or detailed inspection reports, an inspection or consultation fee may apply and will be discussed in advance. We also offer discounts for cash payments on select projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with understanding the customer’s vision, budget, and project goals. We then schedule a site visit or review photos and measurements to provide a detailed estimate and discuss material options. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, material delivery, and project timelines. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication and keep the customer updated every step of the way to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and construction, including decks, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tile installation, framing, and exterior projects. We stay updated with current building methods, materials, and local code requirements to ensure our work is completed professionally and safely.
