Sonny came out to my house quickly, as promised. Instead of giving me an estimate for something I may or may not need he suggested we wait to if there's an actual leak from the flashing around the chimney or my interior just needs fixing. I appreciate his honesty.

We give the best prices on the market also we have price matching, and we dont charge for estimates. There is 10% discount for military and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to understand the customer needs first, and then follow the procedures such as: signing the contract, getting the deposit, pulling out permits if necessary, then setup a day to perform the work.
