Bledar was really amazing! We had a crack in our foundation, he sealed it and cemented the basement wall. It has been slow leaking for many years. He fixed it within hours. I wish we would have called him sooner. He responded very quickly and was at my home almost immediately. He explained in detail what the job entailed. He made us feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. He is friendly, trustworthy, punctual, and very professional. Thank you Bledar, we are very grateful.

We had a leak in our foundation in our basement We reached out to 3 companies but felt the most comfortable with Bledar. He came to give us an estimate for the work and promptly also put it in writing . He answered all our questions and appeared very knowledgeable about his work. He explained the length of time needed to complete the work and gave us options of dates . All three days he promptly arrived at the time stated . The work was all done as he described and he did everything we had asked of him. He was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable , and the job was completed and done well. We would recommend him to anyone who has this type of problem There is nothing negative we can say.

Bledar helped us with basement waterpoofing and foundation wall repair work. From initial inspection to completion, he was very professional and transparent, clearly explaining the issues and the fix. The price was good, crew was helpful and they fixed a little more than what was agreed in the contract. Highly recommended !

Funny, I came to know about KAA Waterproofing through copilot. I needed basement stairs repaired and they come up on top as one of the best. I took a chance and reached out and thought I wouldn't hear back. Why would they if they were the best. The owner called, saw the scope of work, and the price was right. He followed up with a proposal and did a great job. His employees were professional, kept the mess minimal and worked together well. I am so happy to have done the entire staircase instead of focusing on one area. Would definitely recommend.

The work done by KAA was phenomenal. I had a small leak in one of the walls in the unfinished side of my basement. I contacted KAA (Bledar) and he responded very quickly and came out to give an estimate within a couple days. He explained every aspect of the job that was to be done and carefully examined the area to ensure the correct work was being done. He provided daily updates on the progress of the job and was very transparent about each step of the process. He completed the job within the timeframe he stated initially, and did so with the utmost professionalism. Everything in my basement is fine now, and he even guaranteed that if something were to go wrong that he would come back out to fix it. I would definitely recommend using this company!
