I had the pleasure of working with 1-800 plumbers and let me you, they didnt let me down! Had an issue with the toilet the technician knew exactly what was the problem. He suggested that we should replace it instead of repairing the old toilet. The best decision I made. He walked me through the process and told me he would finish in a timely manner. Definitely will work with this company again!

We used 1-800-Plumber +Air to replace our water heater and had a really good experience overall. Our old unit finally gave out, and they were able to get someone out pretty quickly.The technician showed up on time, explained what needed to be done, and walked us through the replacement options without trying to upsell anything. The install took a few hours, and everythings been working great since. Hot water pressure is good and no issues so far.They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we knew how everything worked before leaving. Pricing seemed fair for the work that was done. Would definitely call them again if we need plumbing help in the future.
