I had a great experience with 1800 Plumber+Air. My specific needs was a brand new HVAC install. After vetting a few other companies, I decided on this one because of a few things 1) Their pricing was initially mid tier but they were willing to negotiate a fair one 2) Their bundled maintenance plan was perfect for the TRANE HVAC system since those are recommended to have specialized care 3) They communicated well and answered all my questions as well as made sure I was comfortable with everything. The work was done within the time period promised and the technicians worked diligently throughout the day to get things finished. My HVAC install was in an enclosed attic space which made the removal of the old unit and bringing in of the new more challenging than usual (they had to fit everything through a tight space) and it was done during a very hot week! They didn't complain a single time and remained courteous throughout. When finished they patched up areas that were scuffed up (expected due to the tight space they were working in) and even went back a second time when I requested a re-look at a few marks. They respected my house and property, taking care to not damage my floors and walls. They wore and removed shoe covers every time the entered and left the house. I am very happy with the service provided and the HVAC works perfectly. I would absolutely hire again AND recommend to others.

Their service is excellent. I requested the service the night before and the following day first thing in the morning a got a phone call from them. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. I got a readable quote for the repair. And few hours after a got hot water again. Esteban took care of replacing the water heater. Got rid of the old one and make sure to leave everything clean and perfect. Then I got a follow up call to make sure everything was fine. Excellent service. Thank you very much.

I have a tricky problem. Water was leaking and dripping through a fire alarm in the basement with no obvious water damage anywhere else in the house. I put a request on Thumbtack. They called me pretty fast and scheduled me and came within two hours the same day. They explained everything very well, had to cut a piece of sheetrock to open up the area to look for water path, and ran water test. However, at the end they didnt find any water leaks from the pipes. They told me to watch the area if it gets water again when it doesnt or does rain again for further assessment. At the end of day unfortunately the root cause was not found, but they were very professional and patient in explaining everything. I just hope we find the real problem soon and fix it once for all.
