Introduction: I focus on nurturing my clients mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I use the metaphysical teachings from A Course In Miracles in my approach for coaching clients. This involves combining a Holistic approach of teaching spirituality and self-help principles of love and forgiveness as well as the basics of energy healing and the laws of attraction. Having worked under world renown spiritual advisors for 7+ years, I have the knowledge and hands-on experience to work with a variety of your needs to get you on the right path. Where do I begin?! Amy is a fabulous life coach. We have been working together for just over a month and she has helped me "retrain my brain" at lightening speed! She is great at helping you identify what it is you really want from the universe and she is s ninja at teaching you how to get it. You will have some homework working with Amy, but if you REALLY are looking for change within your life, you'll embrace the assignments in full force. That's what they're there for! Amy will give you feedback as needed and is available for questions or support whenever you need her. She's helped me through some difficult days and completely shifted my thinking. I leave every appointment with Amy in a positive frame of mind and I feel happier! My anxiety has decreased and because of Amy, I'm able to eb and flow with life and not get as worked up with anxiety and fear in the face of challenges. If you are looking to make positive changes in your life and a life coach is the path you want to take, Amy is your girl! She's amazing! Definitely hit her up! She's wonderful. :-) IDK what I would do without her!

Working with Amy has been so eye opening! I have always been someone who relys on others to provide me with what I need and Amy has shown me that I have ALL of the tools I need within me. She doesn't give me the answers but guides me on how to find them within. Through our work together I've grown and I am learning that it is through self love that I attract all I ever dreamed of. After a painful year, she has helped me to tune in and honor myself and heal my wounds. Through that healing work I am getting stronger every day and accepting that I am exactly where I am meant to be. She is gentle and nurturing and always available for support and guidance. She has helped me to learn to sit with myself and that it is when we trust ourselves and that intuition that miracles occur! Aside from being a very caring, calm, and compassionate human, her intuitive abilities allow for the comprehensive and understanding feedback that one looks for in their own specific time of need. Her knowledge of Reiki was shared with both myself but more importantly, my skeptical girlfriend. After my girlfriend's session, where she might usually be impartial to such a practice, we found her very receptive and responsive to her session. Amazing as far as I am concerned.

Amy is a wonderful person who truly wants to help others! She was able to provide me with great techniques to relax and clear my mind, that were both easy to understand and easy to use. Coming from someone who doesn't know much about this sort of thing, was able to try the advice and techniques given, and use them successfully. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system, as I work with my client's needs as they see fit. I do not force any therapies onto my clients and I look at this as a partnership of me guiding them along the right path for their life. I allow weekly or monthly payment plans for clients who are unable to pay per session. Each client's needs are different. I offer individual sessions as well as packaged sessions for clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in continuing education twice a year, every year. My Certification as a Holistic Life Coach provides that I continue my studies throughout my career with the notion that I am a lifelong student.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I truly believe it is a calling - my life purpose to help others. I am passionate about understanding others and their situations and providing them with wisdom into their own lives. It fills me up and brings me such joy to know I have helped someone be as happy and excited about life as I am!
