- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several discounts ranging from discounts for booking with us during time periods to discount for helping us fill slots in our upcoming months schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, one of our trained estimators will come out to the residence or business location to meet with the property owner to provide a detailed proposal tailored to the wants, needs, and expectations of the customer. Generally estimates take about 45 minutes to 1 hour. We take our time understanding exactly what you want to make sure we only include what you need. We will never try to up-sell any type of service. We then deliver the proposal on the spot, and hold any discounts for up to 2 weeks while you collect other bids to compare. Second, we set up a date to follow up with our customers. If the customer chooses to book with us we then provide an estimated start date range. Third, prior to the start dates we take care of business for our customers. If there are Home Owners Associations to get colors approved with we take care of that so the homeowner doesn't have too. If the customer needs help picking color schemes we provide a 1 hour in home color consultation to ensure the home owner is please with their color choices for years to come. if need be we will order custom color samples for the home owners to put up in their spare time to make sure they are in love with their chosen colors. Lastly we produce the work. the week before we come out to paint, we will call you with an exact start date. the job site will be cleaned up at the end of each day, and we will touch base with the customer everyday of the job to ensure constant communication. in this manner we will also be able to keep the home owner informed of expected completion dates so they can plan their schedules accordingly for the walk arounds.
