I had a problem with my fridge and I contacted ayurgroup inc and they scheduled an appointment quickly . I thought I was going to have to get a new fridge . I had contacted pseg and they said it was not worth it because the cost of replacing all parts and paying for manual labor would be over $1000 it was best to purchase a new fridge . So I decided to call ayurgroup the total cost was less than $40O I needed to get the freezer defrosted and a new thermostat. Irli the technician that did the work was excellent very professional and extremely knowleageable. A guru in his trade as a technician. On the first visit he assessed the problem and communicated to his manager which issued me a bill for the additional cost of defrosting . The initial cost is just for consultation which you have to pay via check or cash app . They do explain that to you the tech has to be in person to assess the problem and if you wish to continue then they will bill you for additional cost . My experience was excellent no complaints . Would recommend and return back as a customer !!! Thank you ayur and your wonderful tech !!!!
