These guys are really great. Had a groundhog problem - a few times - that they addressed carefully and thoughtfully. They were super responsive and easy to book. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future pest control. Highly recommend!

Amazing work Paul and Issac. Not only did I need to have the openings covered where squirl getting into attic, but winter ice had damaged gutter and create bigger issue. They covered both the gutter issue and the opening in the attic. 2nd time I used then and super happy. If there was more than 5 stars I'd give it to them.

My issue was resolved as expected. It was worth the money considering the damage was addressed and the squirrels were evicted without causing them harm.

Gaia was very quick to respond and had come over for inspection the same day. Paul was knowledgeable, explained the situation and recommended treatment accordingly. They are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Working with Paul was a great experience. The responsiveness, attention to detail and professionalism exceeded expectations.
His treatment to the wasps were successful outside of the house but when a couple got inside and unfortunately stung my toddler his immediate response to completely fix the situation and come inside to find all possible entrances was every bit of top notch professionalism and pride in work!!!!
Not that I hope to have another problem but if I do I can trust he can handle the job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All residential treatments that sign up for the quarterly program receive a discount on initial service and a waived set up fee.
Discounted price is offered up until the treatment. Customer receives 30 days to sign up for the quarterly program with no set up fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On hands training for over 5 years along with self education of entomology, insecticides, rodenticides, and pest control on a residential and commercial basis.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You get what you pay for. Affordability should always be in mind however it should not be the deciding factor.
Anyone you speak to should be confident in the service they are providing. This confidence is gained from experience.
On Thumbtack, it seems as if the providers have set their base price based off a one time visit with no guarantee so keep that in mind!!
