The new deck wraps around our pool and connects seamlessly to our existing deck, creating a beautiful two-level design. They also did an excellent job repairing our older deck, addressing wear and damage so it now looks and feels as solid as the new section. As a finishing touch, they built us a side bar table that’s become one of our favorite features.
The crew was punctual, kept the work site clean, and took care to protect the surrounding landscaping throughout the project. We’re thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend Royal Dream Construction to anyone looking for quality deck construction or repair. Five stars all around.

His professionalism and attention to detail left a lasting impression. He brought Trex Decking samples so we could choose the best option for our needs, and shortly after our meeting, he sent over a very detailed quote outlining the entire scope of work. Even better, he included a 3D rendering of the proposed design, which helped us clearly visualize the final product.
The pricing was fair, and I appreciated how transparent Roel was—especially regarding potential additional costs like joist replacements (if needed) and upgrades like the gate we wanted. Once we were ready to move forward, the contract he sent was thorough, clear, and easy to understand.
Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Before work began, I reached out to Roel with a concern that had been flagged by a home inspector—our old deck lacked proper flashing. Roel explained they would be installing L-shaped flashing during construction to address the issue. After demolition, he took the time to explain the root causes of the previous structural problems. The original builder had used screws that were far too small to attach the ledger board, and one had even come completely loose, damaging the wood. Roel and his team replaced the damaged portion of the ledger board, used the correct hardware, and reinforced the rest for long-term stability.
What impressed me most was Roel’s willingness to answer every question I had—whether by text or in person—with patience and honesty. His commitment to quality, integrity, and transparency is exactly what you hope for in a contractor.
Roel and the Royal Dream team turned my 25 ft. by 14 ft. rotting, unsafe deck—previously the biggest eyesore on my property—into a true masterpiece. It's now a beautiful, solid, and functional outdoor space that feels like a backyard oasis.
There were no surprises, only excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service. I would absolutely hire Royal Dream Construction & Design again and have already recommended them to friends and family.
Thank you, Roel and team, for your professionalism, hard work, and vision. I look forward to working with you again in the future!
