Hired on Thumbtack
Made multiple appointments and both were no call and no shows. Gave me a 2hr window and had me waiting around only to never show or call. The 1st time they gave me an excuse saying their worker got stuck on a truck. He stated that he tried calling me which isn't true as I had no missed calls. You would think they would leave a voicemail or send a text message if that was the case.Then they mentioned they will be out today 5/1. Had me wait around again. They haven't called , replied to my message or answer my call. I wouldn't recommend this company
