Sam was very professional and friendly. He came out and did a thorough walk through and inspection. Gave me different options. He was not pushy trying to sell expensive plans which made the experience more comfortable. I definitely would recommend Sam to everyone.
The most important thing to me was that he arrived on time as scheduled.

I got an excellent service with a great price. Sam is a great guy with a great customer oriented personality. He went thorough with me as to what might be causing the mice problems in my house. He looked for all possible cause of the problem by looking for holes and other path the mice might be coming through to my house. He exterminated my two homes and we're seeing results as mice have caught. He did a follow up with me to ensure everything was ok which is a plus considering how much he charged as compare to past exterminators that I used. I will give Sam 20 stars if I can so hopefully people with pest issues will get a guy like Sam from ShieldEX Pest Control. Thanks a lot!!!

there is a general pricing system. some accounts require additional attention or equipment that can change the usual pricing system
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all customers the same from the CEO to the tenant in a apartment bldg. pest are the same in all areas. New customers will get an understanding that I want to solve there pest issues in a timely manner and with great care for there home or business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in core 7A, 7D. which means I am trained to handle pest in homes, schools, daycare centers, hospitals, senior citizen homes, food distribution plants. I have handled accounts in all areas mentioned, and have 8+ years experience.
