Konstantine is absolutely great to have around. As a retired woman just recently moved to Manhattan whose husband is still finishing out a work contract elsewhere, I must gather impeccable resources about me. Knowledgable, smart, technically proficient, and fairly priced: I am glad to have met an all-around, dependable man who is easy to be with. Konstantine, if it weren't for an age difference -- and a loving husband! -- I'd marry you: so, instead, I'll have to adopt you. Wait til my hubby hears he's going to be a brand new Daddy again! And ladies, it's reassuring to have a nice ex-cop around, and I think you know what I mean. And it's even nicer that he knows how to get the myriad things taken care of in assembling, fixing items, mounting TVs, electrical questions, kitchen repairs, etc., etc...and who knows his way around a hardware store. Konstantine is a reliable, pleasant, capable man to add to your arsenal.

Greivin is a very reliable, honest and responsive contractor who did a great job at repainting our house. I offered him the job after he submitted the best bid among 4 contractors to paint my 1340 sq feet house in Hoboken. My walls were painted in dark colors with different rooms having different colors and we were shifting to all white - he did a great job that needed four coats and also agreed to repair our wooden floor in a small corner for no extra cost. He has done a great and timely job - in a condo building, he did the job with no disturbance to neighbors. Highly recommended.

My experience with Marvin was as smooth and professional as could be. We introduced ourselves over the phone, outlined the project and set up a schedule. On the scheduled day, Marvin arrived promptly and fully prepared, He surveyed the task at hand and executed the repair quickly, leaving our heirloom rocker looking close to new. My wife and I where thrilled. As we said our goodbyes marvin left his card and asked us to call if a problem arose. None have, but we are sure to hire Marvin when ever we have a need. I want to say that at first, I wasn't sure about Mr. Almonte's 5 star rating but, after working with him, I understand why he has so many 5 star ratings. He was very courteous, prompt (actually a little early), professional, CLEAN, and best of all, open to questions from a guy who doesn't know much about home repair. He worked very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Mr. Almonte to anyone. He mounted my TV. I can't speak to other projects but, I'm sure he would bring the same level of professionalism to any and all future projects.

The Team has been great in meeting my window replacement needs. I needed sliding windows in two rooms to be repaired and one of the windows' middle section replaced. Both jobs were done professionally. If you speak Spanish, you will have easier time communicating but the great work speaks for itself. Very organized and followed up with me even on a Saturday morning for part of the work to be finished. I am even thinking to replace the rest of the window so that it looks as perfect as the new piece.
