I thought the work done was great. Needed my dishwasher mounted and it came out wonderful. Rohman was on time, very friendly and professional. My only slight issue was the price of the service. I did not bring price up initially, so that was my fault. But, for the service done, I thought 175$ was pretty ludicrous. Otherwise, exceptional. Thanks so much!

Pricing is estimated based on the information provided. Upon the job going live if there are any nuances a change order will be issued confirming the new price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact The Installer NYC, share your project details, and an estimate will be sent out. Upon approval of the estimate a deposit is needed and we will schedule a date to come and began work. Upon completion of the project the remaining balance is due.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have college level employees and are a licensed home improvement contracting company.
