- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally meet with the potential client in a neutral location, mostly in Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, or local diner. I request for my clients to provide me with documentation regarding the services they are requesting and I give an assessment or overview of what I can provide for them. Depending upon the service, Usually, a cost is determined and a deposit or payment determination is made of how the services will be rendered. The face to face meeting is essential for the client to get to know me and to be made comfortable in knowing they will get the best quality service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am a member of the Notary Association. And have a Masters in HR management. I sit on a few boards gears towards workforce development education programs and courses plus I am part of the National HR Association. I have been trained and worked in accounting services including payroll for many years, plus worked as a Credit Analyst. My background is very diverse, and now in my current profession, I am a Recruiter in the Healthcare field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been a Notary for a number of years and an HR Recruiter for over 17 yrs; I'm always keeping up with my commission but never utilizing the income potential this business offers. There is a need and being mobile service makes me accessible and convenient for my clients.
