I called John for a bunch of plumbing issues in the bathrooms and kitchen, including toilet repair and replacement, leaking tub, leaking sink, dishwasher installation. He showed up same day, gave an estimate and started the next day. It ended up taking 2 sessions because he found more issues than we anticipated, but he gave us a fair price and did really good work. I expected to spend much more money than I ended up spending. I will definitely call him ti use his services again.

John called literally a half hour after I posted on thumbtack for a heating Pro. He came next morning as scheduled and immediately diagnosed my issues.
He explained how my boiler worked and he could’ve easily talked me into a new boiler - which he installs at a reasonable price - but sold me on the cheaper fix. His prices were very good. He went and bought the parts and was back to work fixing my boiler in a half hour!
Needless to say he had it up and running and explained to me a few things to watch. He was so thorough we are hiring him to install a new water softener and with it some extensive plumbing work.
You need a heating person then John is your man. In fact he does it all, plumbing, heating, etc.
We are very happy we found Super Plumbers and John.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its very hard for me to give an exact price with out seeing the project first. Through my experience, I have learned to look first to ensure no surprises
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is of value to me and my company. I promise to treat every customer with the same respect and honesty that I would like to receive. I'll be in the plumbing business for the rest of my life and still retain most of my clients since I started almost 10 years ago. You can always expect myself at your project, to insure a job well done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my own business over ten years ago, but have been in the field most of my life. I come from a family of licenced plumbers, therefore there is no problem I couldn't fix for you.
