John at JI Renovation was very nice to deal with. He did an excellent job redoing my roof that was very difficult. It looks perfect now and doesnt leak anymore. I would recommend them highly. If you need a new roof or a replacement use this company.

This was the first time using Angies list I put in my information and what I needed to have done. It wasnt a real emergency but with all the rain we have had it was causing more damage to the inside sheetrock. This was Sunday morning, J. I. Renovation called me to get additional information on the vent pipe roof leak. He quoted me the cost and we set the day and time. He showed up on time, he was very polite and thorough and he showed me every step along the way what needed to be done. He replaced the vent pipe boot, added ice & water shield and the asphalt singles around it. He gave me a 10 guarantee along with the paperwork. The proof of the job well done is we had torrential rain storm the next day not one drop of water came through. PEACE OF MIND MEANS ALOT.
