Hi, I’m Giga. I’m a bartender and mixologist currently working at Bitter Monk in NYC. I’ve worked behind the bar in Georgia, France, and now New York, and I love bringing different cocktail styles and ideas together.
I’m also a flair bartender and have participated in flair bartending championships, so sometimes there’s a bit of show behind the bar too.
For events, I’m happy to help create a custom cocktail menu, prepare infusions, and put together a shopping list and bar setup so everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s a small gathering or a big celebration, my goal is simple: great drinks and a fun atmosphere for your guests. 🍸
