- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are customized for each clients desired menu. There is a standard fee for delivery and service charges are applied based on the type of event. Tasting fees are usually deducted from the event price once the event is booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an initial consultation call to discuss the event, number of guests, cuisine needed, food allergies and restrictions, etc. After the initial consultation, the client is provided a quote based on their needs. Tastings can be arranged before booking your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Institute of Culinary Education and worked in several large scale and fine dining catering companies and restaurants. I and my staff are ServSafe Certified.
